Chicken Green Beans and Potatoes
If you are looking for a fast dinner option tonight, look no further! This Chicken Green Bean and Potatoes meal is simple to put together.
Life is hard! Waking up early in the AM, getting a workout in before the rest of the house wakes up, getting ready for work, getting the kids ready for school, doing the 9-5, picking the kids up then having to come home and cook dinner, and start your evening routine, only to start it ALL over the next day, WHEW! Life is hard. With that being said, making dinner should be one aspect of everyone’s life that should be somewhat easy. Am I right or am I right?
This Chicken, Green Beans and Potatoes dish is easy to prepare, all you gotta do is pop it into the oven and BAM! dinner is served…. After 45 minutes or so.
First, marinate the chicken. I kept it pretty simple and added garlic, ginger, ketchup, soya sauce, salt and pepper. Next, I washed and cut the potatoes into small pieces then marinated them with dill weed and olive oil. Lastly, I washed my green beans and baked everything in the oven at 370F for about 45 minutes.
Life is hard, dinner shouldn’t have to be.
Here’s a tip!
Marinate everything the night before so all the flavors can mix.

Tips And Variations:
- Instead of cooking your green beans on the frying pan, you can pop them into the oven and have them bake with the chicken and potatoes.
- Not a fan of green beans? Try corn, a salad, heck, even broccoli instead.
- Marinate everything the night before.
- I cook for a family of five, including myself. Which is why my meals are cooked in large numbers. Feel free to decrease the amount of food being cooked.
