Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter - 2 sticks
  • 3-4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients, measure everything then set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat softened butter for 2–3 minutes until pale and fluffy
  • Gradually add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing on low speed to avoid a mess.
  • Pour in milk and continue mixing until smooth.
  • Mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if using.
