The Most Delicious Jalapeno Cranberry Dip

Equipment

  • Spatula For mixing.
  • 1 Mixing Bowl For the ingredients.
  • Hand Blender To whip the cream cheese
  • Measuring spoons and cup For measurements.
  • Knife To cut the jalapenos and cilantro
  • Food Processor To blend the cranberries
  • Lime Juicer To juice lime
  • Cutting Board To cut your ingredients on.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cranberries
  • 2-3 Jalapeno
  • 1 handful Cilantro
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 brick Cream Cheese lactose - free

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and set aside. Remember to wash your cranberries and jalapenos.
  • In a mixing bowl, add in the lactose-free cream cheese and whip until smooth using an electric mixer then set aside.
  • Using a food processor, add the cranberries and blend until pureed. Add the blended cranberries to the bowl.
  • Chop the jalapenos in half and remove the seeds and stems. Cut them into small pieces and toss them into the bowl.
  • Chop the cilantro into small fine pieces and add to the bowl.
  • Add salt and sugar to the bowl
  • Cut and squeeze your lime into the bowl then mix the entire bowl using a spatula.
  • Store in the fridge for about an hour until the ingredients have had a chance to sit together.
