Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cups Apple Sauce
  • 3/4 cups Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cups Chocolate Chunks optional
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cups Butter lactose free

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325F
  • Grease the cookie sheet, add parchment paper over top
  • Gather all your ingredients, measure everything then set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add in the dry ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients using a whisk to remove any lumps.

  • Mix the entire batter using a whisk or spatula until fully combined.
  • use an ice cream scoop or spoon and scoop cookie batter onto the cookie sheet. Place the cookies into the oven and bake at 350F for twelve minutes.
  • After 12 minutes remove the cookie tray from the oven and allow to cool for ten minutes on the cookie sheet before moving the cookies to a cooling rack and allow the cookies to cool completely before eating.
