Lactose Free Homemade Caramel Sauce
With only four ingredients, caramel sauce is a rich and buttery concoction of white sugar, salt, butter and heavy cream.

Instructions
Gather your ingredients and turn the stove top on to medium low heat.
Add sugar to a cooking pot and allow it to fully melt and turn brown.
Once your sugar has finally melted and turned brown, take the pot off the stove and add in the lactose free butter.
Mix the butter into the sugar using a spatula and place back on the stove top.
Slowly pour in the whipping cream and mix.
Add in salt
Mix then take the pot off the stove and allow to cool completely before transferring to an air tight container.
