Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp Ghee you cam use vegetable oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 2 tbsp Garahm massala
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Tumeric
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • Cilantro
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients chop your onions, cut the meat into chunks, measure everything then set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a large cooking pot over medium heat.
  • Step Two: Mix the onions and spices
  • Add the sliced onions and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Stir in the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute. Add the remaining spices and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.Add the beef and toss to coat in the spice mixture. Pour in water and mix. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and tender.Taste and adjust the seasoning. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or warm roti.
