- 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream lactose free
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Crushed Oreos
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. Salt
Gather all your ingredients and measure everything you need.
Crush your Oreo cookies using a Ziploc bag. Crush using a rolling pin then set aside.
In a mixing bowl add in two cups of heavy lactose free whipping cream. Using a hand mixer, blend the cream until you achieve stiff peaks.
Once you've achieved stiff peaks, add in sweetened condensed milk, salt and vanilla extract. Add in the crushed Oreos and fold into the heavy cream using a spatula.
Pour your homemade ice cream into a loaf pan and freeze overnight before serving.
