Homemade Cilantro Mint Chutney Recipe

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt full fat, lactose free
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • Garlic and ginger four garlic cloves and a small piece of ginger
  • 3 leaves Mint leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 handful Cilantro

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients, measure everything then set aside.
  • Wash cilantro, garlic, ginger, mint leaves, and jalapeno.
  • Cut the jalapeno in half and remove the seeds.
  • Peel and cut the garlic and ginger.
  • Using a food processor or blender, add in all the ingredients.
  • Cut the lemon in half, and squeeze half a lemon into the blender.
  • Blend everything until fully incorporated, pour the mixture into a small bowl and serve.
