Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cups Yogurt
  • 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Lemons
  • 2 1/2 Lemons for juice

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350F
  • Grease your loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
  • Gather all your ingredients, measure everything then set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients. Using a whisk, give the dry ingredients a quick mix to remove any lumps.
