Equipment

  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Measuring spoons and cup
  • 1 Stand Mixer or Handheld mixer
  • 1 Whisk

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 brick Cream Cheese
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Be sure to have room temperature butter and cream cheese.
  • Gather all your ingredients, measure everything then set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, add butter and mix until the butter is softened and has a bit of a white texture.
  • In the same mixing bowl, add cream cheese and mix on high speed until both the butter and cream cheese have mixed together.
  • Add the vanilla extract and salt.
  • Add in the powdered sugar one cup at a time and mix until the powder is fully incorporated into the batter.
  • Use a spatula and give the cream cheese frosting a nice mix, releasing any air bubbles.
