Date Energy Balls: The Perfect No-Bake Snack

Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool Dates soft and pitted.
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • If your dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 5–10 minutes, then drain. Gather all your ingredients, measure everything, and then set aside.
  • In a food processor, add the dates and almond butter. Pulse until a sticky paste forms.
  • Add oat flour, vanilla, maple syrup, salt, and chocolate chips. Blend again until well combined.
  • Use a spoon or your hands to roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to help them firm up.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer shelf life.
