Ingredients

  • 1 Pie Crust
  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • Ginger
  • 1 cup Mixed veggies
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 lbs. Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  • Make your pie crust and set in the fridge until ready to bake.
  • Gather all your ingredients, measure everything then set aside.
  • Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth, set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and ginger, add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir in veggies and remove from heat.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Grab your pie crust from the fridge. Spread meat mixture evenly into a baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes, smoothing or creating peaks with a fork. Sprinkle cheese on top if using.
  • Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!!
