Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in cottage cheese, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Gently stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before serving
