Baked Spicy Chicken Wings

These finger licking baked hot wings are perfect for food enthusiasts who are looking for a kick in their taste buds.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream lactose free
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add sour cream, honey, garlic, and cayenne pepper. Mix together then set aside.
  • After washing and patting dry your wings toss them into a bowl and add baking powder.
  • Mix using your hands, coating ALL the wings with the baking powder.
  • Toss your wings into the bowl with your spices and mix using your hands, making sure to coat each and every wing with the sauce.
  • Cover the bowl with saran wrap and refrigerate for about 1-2 hrs. or overnight.
  • Preheat your oven to 400F
  • Add a small amount of oil to a baking sheet and layer parchment paper over top.
  • Give your wings a quick mix and add them to the baking tray.
  • Place your wings into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Flip the wings after 15 minutes.
  • Wash your cilantro and begin slicing.
  • In a clean bowl, add Frank's buffalo sauce and toss in cilantro with lime juice and lime zest.
  • Mix the bowl then set aside.
  • Take your wings out of the oven and toss them into your cilantro and lime mix.
  • Place the wings back onto the baking sheet and place back into the oven for another ten minutes. before serving.
