Gather all your ingredients and set aside. Remember to wash your cranberries and jalapenos.
In a mixing bowl, add in the lactose-free cream cheese and whip until smooth using an electric mixer then set aside.
Using a food processor, add the cranberries and blend until pureed. Add the blended cranberries to the bowl.
Chop the jalapenos in half and remove the seeds and stems. Cut them into small pieces and toss them into the bowl.
Chop the cilantro into small fine pieces and add to the bowl.
Add salt and sugar to the bowl
Cut and squeeze your lime into the bowl then mix the entire bowl using a spatula.
Store in the fridge for about an hour until the ingredients have had a chance to sit together.
