What started as a love for simple, family-friendly meals has grown into something more. I’m a mom, a wife, and someone constantly learning how to balance it all — work, motherhood, health, fitness, and everything in between.

In my kitchen, you’ll find easy dinners and comforting bakes. In my life, you’ll find early workouts, family adventures, real motherhood moments, and the occasional beautiful chaos that comes with trying to do it all.

I believe food brings families together. I believe movement builds strength — physically and mentally. And I believe every mom deserves a little “thyme” for herself.
